How CORE™ Works
Our CORE™ service is available for a fixed monthly or quarterly subscription enabling you to easily control and plan your costs. The concept is very simple. Every month we perform regular, scheduled maintenance on your network. We check that your virus protection is up to date; your backups are working, and we apply software patches to make sure your network is running at maximum speed and performance. We also remotely monitor your network 24/7 to detect, diagnose, and prevent lurking problems from turning into major interruptions to your business in the form of downtime.
When you do have a problem, call us, and pass the management of your PC to our engineers. We then diagnose the problem and solve it in exactly the same way as we would in your office, but without the delay, inconvenience and cost of getting an expensive engineer onsite. You’ll be able to watch us fix your problem as we talk with you on the telephone.
